House Update

I can't believe how long it has been since I put updated photos of the house on our blog, so here goes:

Exterior: Siding is still in progress, the areas down low without siding is where there will be engineered rock, we can't do it until spring. The gable ends there will be a shingle look siding, also may wait a little bit to complete that. The preprimed color is similar to what we will be painting it in the spring...

Interior: All of the electrical, plumbing, central vac, HVAC, are completed and now we are just wrapping up a few loose ends so we can start insulating this week.

Fireplace.. obviously lots more to  frame and do before it will look like it actually will, but it was a very exciting day when they got this beast in there, just the unit weighs about 600 lbs!

Still SOO much to do, but progress is definitely being made, when Sheetrock starts happening, things should really start to fly! We are getting SOO anxious to just be done building, and to be able to move in and start this next exciting chapter of our life! We are still shooting for end of May...we'll see if it happens!
