Connors First Christmas

Connor had a few rough days before and around Christmas with his teething... so my Christmas wish was that Connor would get his two front teeth! :-) ("All I want for Christmas is Connors two front teeth... ")

We spent Christmas with Jeremy's mom and brothers in Tonasket. It was a very nice weekend filled with playing games, eating and opening gifts.. o yeah.. and playing with Connor!

Playing Monopoly Deal... The main game of choice for the weekend :-)

Sitting down to a delicious Christmas lunch... Braden, Clayton and Nancy

Nicole, Connor and Jeremy eating lunch..

We were due for a new family photo.. so here it is! Will be featured on our wall soon :-)

I love the resemblence in this one :-)

Brothers opening gifts...

Nancy waiting for her turn to open another gift..

Clayton getting ready to open a gift

Helping Connor get his gifts unwrapped (he did a pretty good job on the first few, but then lost interest) Nicole multitasked.. opened hers and Connors a the same time :-)

Being Connors first Christmas.. we had as much fun watching him open and explore the gifts as we did opening our own! Here are a series of pictures that show him in his first gift unwrapping experience :-)

Tearing paper was fun for the first few gifts... :-)

Sitting in the box was exciting in itself, then tearing more paper, even better!

BOOKS! he had to check it out :-)

Shoes.....

peek a boo!

Tasting the dogs nose... it earned his approval :-)

He liked the hangers more than the clothes.. even though they were kind of akward to figure out :-)

He really liked the bows!....

and the bubble wrap to hide behind for peek a boo :-)

The WHOLE family Christmas morning :-)

Connor and Uncle Clayton

Connor and Grandma Nancy

Connor and Uncle Braden

Connor and Dad (in the pictrure you can kind of see the face he did all weekend, I think it has something to do with teething, but he like scrunches up his nose and sniffs... :-) its goofy, but adorable :-)

Connor and Mom asleep after opening gifts... it's tough work :-).. Loved this photo even if we are asleep..

By the end of the weekend, we all had a BUNCH gifts to go home with, a few exta pounds from the desserts, Connor has lots of great new outfits and TOO many toys :-) ... and best of all.. HIS TWO FRONT TEETH ;-) They both came through!! YEAH ;-) A little side note.. it wasn't a white Christmas :-( very unusual.... and kind of sad....
We'll be home for just enough time to do laundry and load the car and it's off to Boise to see Nicole's family for New Years. Her dads side of the family will be joining us for a few days which will be wonderful as we don't see them much. To a wonderful Christmas.... :-)
